Ok to help us help you, we need a few minimum image requirements.
Have the coin cropped up to the edges (like you did here - great job on that)
have the coin oriented correctly - up right (top of heat at the top and so on)
take full coin images both front and back - But from directly overhead looking straight down
do your best to reduce glare on the coin - the glare can hide details
Now that said, what I see on your coin as stated could be zinc bubbles that burst open, or
(as I think) it could be contact marks from a reeded coin - such as a quarter. I see this in 2 locations and the marks look the same to me.
