The Walking Dead (1994P Lincoln Cent)
I don't think I've watched the movie/series but I've seen enough clips of it and this could have been a token from the movie.

This damaged cent was just odd enough to grab my attention.

Yikes, some hard living for this cent. As you note, the exposed zinc is already looking like it is starting to deteriorate.

Would be a good addition to my Dansco containing the most interesting damaged cents.

Thanks for looking everyone and especially those that added a little commentary.

Same here. I had to dig it out of the re-roll pile to get some images.

Send me a pm or email and I'll excavate it and send it along. Gald someone can utilize it.

One of the things that prompted me to post the images was because this shows what blisters can look like under the copper plating. (There are some examples of the bumps still covered by copper SE of the chin.)

Most of the time, I think of blisters simply as missing zinc.
