The the Carson City Mint was closing soon, so I didn't get to go in there.I think it would be neat to go in there and look around.But I'm glad I found a needed missing Morgan anyway.The search continues!

Thank you Coinfrog,This one was kind of challenging.So many that were for sale are cleaned and scratched up or a problem coin.This would have been much easier maybe 20 or 30 years ago maybe.

There are more coin collectors out there than there were 20 or 30 years ago, and there aren't going to be any more Morgans produced (unless some new horde of them is magically discovered). Therefore the price of them goes up every year.

I was thinking about getting this one to but I still needed to buy gas on the way home. Only $174,000.
