Someone told me a sms I don't know I see under my digital microscope underneath 1964 it's got like a circle little zero looking thing mark on it SMS is what someone said

OK, now I understand. No it isn't a sms coin. The so called 1964 sms coins all came from one source, the estate of former mint director Eva Adams. None were released to the public in any way, they are not something you will find in circulation, rollls or sets. All have been slabbed. If you want a 1964 sms coin, the only way is to buy one already slabbed and attributed as such.

You will never find an SMS 1964 in raw or in the wild. The really SMS do not have this mark and also all the SMS set are already know who own and where they are.

Regular 1964 mint sets are common and that may be what you have, or a privately assembled set of coins. Not a special mint set though.
