Was at the post office and saw them for sale.
Are they going to be available for circulation or NCLT? If they are going to be available for circulation - they might be as hard to find as the alphabet coins...

Only the AFL and the AFLW coins were given out in change. If you want the club coins then you have to buy them, either individually for $5 each or $45 for the set (including the AFL & AFLW coins).

Sellers on ebay are offering 10 sets of unopened tubes of AFL coins for well below RRP. Apparently those sets don't include the colored coins. It seems as though the sellers are removing the tube with the colored coins and replacing them with tubes of standard coins. The adverts don't claim that there is a 1 in 10 chance of finding the colored coins so in that respect they aren't doing anything dodgy. Just wondering how they could be identifying and removing the tubes with the colored coins so reliably? There are several sellers offering 10 sets of unopened tubes below RRP so what does that mean for the genuine collectors? Is this another example of the RAM's inability to control releases of collectable coins? Who are these people that can 'scoop' releases with such regularity and immunity? Where does it end?

With these coin I don't think that Australia Post has a limit on the number sets that an individual can purchase at any one time. I just tried putting 10 sets into the shopping cart and they were accepted.

Definite dodge city. Although I haven't worked out how, I do know the coloured coins are on top and a different design. Am thinking X-Ray or some other wavelength that will readily pass through the tube. You can be sure there are no coloured coins in dem tubes.

I purchased 10 tubes from the PO (and got a coloured set). I could have purchased 500 tubes.

I believe there is one tube with coloured coins in every box of 10 rolls.

Yes. However, someone selling bulk lots of tubes at below RRP has definitely purchased multiple boxes and removed the tubes containing coloured coins. You won't get coloured coins from that seller.
