Dilemma here. I am trying to figure out where to send the coin to.
Mike Diamond did respond to my email and agrees it is authentic and a very nice piece.
I have conflicting opinions on what grading service to use though. I am a member of NGC and NGC is 3 hours from my house. PCGS on the other hand is a bit of a task to submit for me but not out if the question.
On error coins like this which grading company would yield a higher value down the road? I really like NGC for the ease of submissions, also the fact they are making moves to enhance their overall value in the markets.

If Mike confirm it is OK. Just send to PCGS att. VAN with the full copy of what Mike say (wrote) and they will recognize. Cost more because is grading and variety attribution but this one it is worth to do. I recommend do from you and not trough some dealers.

Cheaper going in with NGC, but you'd lose money on the backside when selling if not in a PCGS holder. It's just the holder that big money collectors prefer, and this is a big money coin. So, allow me to introduce you to one of the items in my collection. Took me a bit to find it as it is not easy to categorize. This is a 2014 F.U.N. token which is quadruple struck in a very similar way that the OP's coin is struck. It is my memory of this token that led me to say "if not counterfeit" in my original reply to this thread. Here's the short story. As I understand it, these coins were struck with a press and given out or used in some way at the 2014 F.U.N. The person I got it from, indicated that he made the coin by noting something to the effect of: "Just goes to show you what happens when you give an error collector access to a minting machine." He also made an off center strike, which I also own. When I saw the OPs coin I immediately thought of this token, as they seem rather similar in how the strikes are arranged. But that's it, as I do not know how you create an error coin even if you have access to a press, but this is evidence that you can do it, and in at least this case, it looks quite like the coin in this thread. OPs coin is a fabulous error coin no matter what, and it will look great in any slab. Good luck and don't forget to post a pic of it in its new home once you get it back. 2014 F.U.N. token - on purpose quadruple strike

Wish your image of the quadruple struck token was visible on my screen. It's not showing up for some reason but I've been having connectivity issues today.

May have some bad news. I have been having some conversations with some very knowledgeable people about this coin and it very well could be fake. Here's an article written by Joe Cronin and Jon Sullivan about, among other things, the Charles Silverstone fakes...... https://www.coincommunity.com/pdf/f...terfeits.pdfHere's another article about these here.... http://goccf.com/t/182413On ebay, the seller " National1966 ", based in Florida, is selling both Certified and uncertified major error coins that are counterfeits. This seller, who goes by the name of Charles Silverstone, and/or Mike McCoy (among other names, apparently from St. Petersburg and Clearwater Florida), is the source of these items, produced in Europe. He has been notified by NGC that his coins are counterfeit, and he continues to sell them on ebay, and possibly through other venues, such as direct sales to collectors. This seller has 'salted' his ebay listings with genuine certified coins, to legitimize his 'collection' or accumulation of coins, but this is purely to deceive the viewing public on his auction pages. Several people remember this guy having a Florida die. Jon Sullivan has seen the images in this thread and has said it's a fake. His quote.... It's counterfeit (although I can't say if it's a Silverstone piece.) Lack of collar marks, weak strike, and the fields have a slightly "darker" appearance. Food for thought.....
