Is this coin been slightly clipped or is it PMD, there are lines from rim across initial clip Help appreciated thanks.

I agree, looks like deformation of the whole rim rather than a clip, and I can't see any corresponding deformation at 12 o'clock which might have indicated a Blakesley effect had it been clipped.
