1971 D Washington Quarter Die Cut Error

As I said in my post before this I am new so I am trying to find some help in figuring these out. But to me it looks like this quarter has a die cut on the reverse side between the DO and LL in dollar. I could also be seeing things lol.

First that is the reverse, and it looks like PMD not a mint error.

Photos a are bit soft. Sharper, closer-in pics might help. As of now, I'm thinking post-strike damage.

the rim took a circulation hit. If the die broke or had a crack, the anomaly would be raised.
