Greetings, could you provide clear photos of both Obverse and Reverse of the coin plus taking photos off the Scopes screen cause interference lines making it very difficult to ascertain what may be going on with the surface of the coin.
If you can please send the images of the coin from your scope to your computer/laptop via. USB or a micro SD card then upload them here. If you can not do this the try this trick.
All you need is a cel phone,some books and a bottle cap

I would only be guessing that the area in question is at the lower left of the Memorial, some kind of PMD just can`t see well enough sorry.

Full, large and sharp pics of the obverse and reverse would help us better understand what may be going on.

Here is why we need clear pics of both sides of the coin, and as well a clear question on what it is you're seeing on your coin you want us to look at and help you with. Now we are guessing witch makes you wait longer for answer. These experts volunteered their time to help us get to the bottom of what we are looking at through the loupe
