I see rub on the cheek and jawbone so I'm going AU55. I do enjoy the die crack through the mintmark - makes this into a $ nickel which is rather common for the War Nickel series but still a fun novelty. Brandmeister Pillar of the Community United States 6454 Posts	Posted 06/20/2023 10:26 am If that's not wear on the cheek and jaw, I'd say MS-64/65. Good luster, moderate strike quality, no significant bag marks or scratches. If that is indeed wear on the jaw and cheek—which seems odd because the hair is untouched—then it's got to be AU-58. In either case, a very nice War Nickel. The die crack is also cool. Report this Post to the Staff
