The coin is graded as a business strike. The obverse came off a proof die early in the minting process. The obverse proof die was reused on the business strikes. The reverse is noted as a business die, but it has some die marking in the E&D in UNITED, and in the O in OF that are the reverse proof die. The coin has a very strong strike.   |

Lib's left boob has worn a bit flat on the high point
If the coin is a very strong strike from a re used proof die, then
the flat area of the boob has to be wear.
I seems to me that the high point on Lib's left boob could be a die marker for a proof die, because
high point wear on other parts of the coin, such as leading edge of eagle's wings appears to be less obvious.
I am not an expert in this series, and thus I stand to be corrected by others more knowledgeable than myself.
The particular shape of the stain below Lib's right hand can be a bit distracting for some collectors, but does not affect the grade.
Same can be said for the uneven toning.
There is a field detail above Lib's right shoulder, - I can't quite make up my mind what it may, be but hopefully, it does not affect the grade.
Unfortunate heavy hit on Lib's left hand, and lighter hits on her upper arm, field adjacent, and in field at 4 o'clock.
Nice coin anyway, and I would be perfectly happy to have it in my collection.

It's hard to see any luster in theses images. My guess is this piece is quite dark and graded AU50.

Obverse pic is slightly our of focus so hard for me to get a accurate grade, and there are few minor hits as sel mentioned.
Toning is a bit dark for me, overall I would say AU 53.
