Hello Coin Community, I have another 1966 P Lincoln Cent which looks to be a Copper Coins DDO-001. Unfortunately a couple of the IGWT letters are close so I thought I would toss it, but at the last moment I had a change of heart. Look at the pics and let me know your thoughts! Sorry about the pics, my eyes are giving me fits. Regards.

The 66 DDO is a very noticeable doubling. You can really see it on the U. Not seeing any doubling here.

John meant DDD, I think. Definitely on the date. Numbers eaten from all directions. The lettering doubling is all towards the rim, regardless of position. Also soft puffy halos on devices. That die was at the end of its life.

Edit: as I passed back through this thread, I realized John was referring to the title when he said 66 DDO, and not to the DDD diagnosis. Sorry for any confusion, I know the acronyms are close.

No DDO. Just a normal coin. The 1966 DDO looks like this. Take a look. http://doubleddie.com/814618.html

For a cost of ownership of 1¢, I would have kept that myself.
