so there seems to be a backwards J on the 2nd column on the right. Yes it is raised I tried to get pictures from all angles but one is just a bit blurred. I am hoping I am calling it right as a Gouge

The angles make it hard to tell, but it seemed like some killer MD on America.

Definitely damage on the reverse. You can tell, since there's pushed up metal, from the hit.

I don't see the damage on #11 so I took a couple better close ups. I hope you don't mind looking again. Please and thankyou

to the CCF!

The images make it look like both Post Mint Damage and a Die Chip with the changes in lighting. Does this spot stand above the surface of the coin or is it incuse? A die chip would make allow metal to flow into the die leaving what looks like 'extra metal.' Damage from a hit or contact with other coins would leave a hole in the surface and might show displaced metal.

Could you take a look at the coin an let us know?

For a small spot, it's still hard to tell. I think the top is a chip and the bottom of the J might be a hit.
