An accurate weight, and an end-on image of the rim would be useful.

The weak strike on the reverse top (States of and EPU) are due to the obverse design elements taking up much of the metal needed to strike up properly. (most of the metal went towards the area of the bust as it was larger and easier to fill than the small nooks and crannies of the reverse designs.
But I'll go with a tilted planchet though - as mentioned by John1.

Me I think was from the strike. Observe Die go loose and angled left.

Quote: I Never Imagined with the Forces and Pressures used, That Could Happen, I mean, The Planchet is just So Thick, Mike, go back and look the high relief profile of the Memorial cent coins - you will see that almost have a weaker strike in this area, it was first thought that it was just a Grease Filled Die, but after seeing a ton of these all in the same area, it was determined that is was the obverse design of the bust. Now, yes, some could be greasers too, but I noticed that, by looking at the word 'States', if the bottom half of the word is weak, and the vert tippy top of the word is strong, then the it not a Greaser - you see the top of States are aligned with the area on the obverse where the bust stops and the there is a small gap of the flat fields before the it rolls up to the rim. Let me see if I can find a better example of this.

A TAPERED planchet would weigh less. The weakness is on the right side of the coin. And yes it has the usual weakness in the STATES. Might be a tilted die

My scale may be a bit off. But is it worth keeping or selling? These coins and collectibles I have were given to me for extra money while in college. I have doubles of alot of the coins I've sold and I keep 1. Obviously I only have one of like this. And how could all the other coins be uncirculated, what do you call this condition?
Again, thank you all for spending your time on this coin!

To ChristianL2004, Thank You for the Posted Extra pictures. John, What I am having problems with is IF the TILTED die was the Culprit, A, How does one explain whats going on above the IN GOD WE TRUST Motto.? B, IF A tilted die was the Culprit, Why would the Right side of the Reverse Letters, " AMERICA " be so Thick, or Well Flattened MORE than the Left side of the Reverse. ? Wouldn't a Strong Strike make AMERICA Letters So Flattened, ?
