Grabbed this at a garage sale this morning for $35. Looks cleaned for sure - could I get some grade opinions please? 10.75W - 27.49D

DOCC, I agree with the above assessments. However, I would have snagged that beauty too!

N-5 (R1) mid-late die state. The next state (LDS b) develops a hairline die crack that runs through the left and right upper points of S2 and the overpolishing on the leaf between D and S is more pronounced, almost making it look like that leaf is disconnected from the rest of the wreath. Die chip under left serif of N in ONE and two die chips under base of E in CENT; Crumbling die in the same letter (E) makes the top inside look "filled"

EF details, cheek has some rather noticeable issues, cleaned as noted by the others. Quite a fair price you paid, well bought.
