Nice coin. The thing that surprises me is on that PCGS68, they didn't take in account the fingerprint and Machine Doubling.

I think not polished, I do see a pattern from the minor flow of metal along the surface of the die.

 I agree there is no blending and smoothing of any of the design elements that polishing to this high of a finish would cause

don't forget that all allcoinsaregood's coins look over reflective and digitally processed. so this coin is probably an early die state business strike

I have seen similar coins and attributed them to struck from newer dies which makes them look proof like. If I remember right, I had a give-a-way a few years ago when I found a bunch of higher-grade cents roll searching that looked like that. John1
