When it comes to doubled dies, it doesn't matter if the markers are there or not, you have to have the doubling first. Then the markers come into play.

The master die doubling on 72s are on all three mm. And there is a lot of it.

With current pics I'm not seeing the Cuds nor DDO. As said find the DDO first. Seems the MDD (or slant B and R in liberty) can be present along side more than one DDO this year. So I wouldn't use that to rule a potential out.

My eyes are drawn more to the rim(s) offset. Is the diameter within specs or anything out off the ordinary showing on the edge?

Side note: 1969 -1972 the mint was hubbing without the alignment lugs. After 1972 they were reintroduced. Thanks, Doug.

You are correct, Halo, it could be one of the doubled 2's.
