At first glance, would appear to be a severe Die Deterioration issue. What does the obverse look like?

So is that a good thing?...worth cash? Or getting appraised? I will show you thr obverse when I can tomorrow..

Depends on how you look at it. Some collectors like it, others don't. Early die state coins are preferred over late die state coins. http://goccf.com/t/317950 It's not worth a premium over face value. Just worth 10 cents. Definitely not worth getting appraised at all. Grading costs a fortune and is most of the time not worth it.
