2022 P Maya Angelou 25c Striking Error?

Mrichter830 Valued Member United States 79 Posts	Posted 07/08/2023 1:47 pm Hello all, I got this 2022 P Maya Angelou quarter in a roll yesterday and was about to toss it back when I saw the something odd on the obverse. It was hard to get good pics but hopefully you can see the pooled metal on the right of "in God we trust". It looks like something with a pointed edge was struck into the back of Washington's head. I was thinking strike though with a foreign object or field restricted strike through? Am I way off? Please let me know if anyone can. I am hoping back on errorref.com to do some more investigating.
