Does anyone know if this is a post mint error where maybe something dug this knife shape into the right side above the date on the obverse? Or, if this is something else then does anyone know what, if any, that may be? Its probably just post mint but I'd like a second opinion.

Looks like a small area of delamination to me. Could be worth saving in a 2x2 so that you have a good example to compare against other potential laminations.
