If someone could post a link to the Philadelphia story about the crooked P and rarity that would be appreciated. I have one that is slightly off but the Reverse side looks like a die problem to me.

@razz, I'm seeing a bunch of circulation marks on the surface of this dime rather than something that happened at the mint. I'd totally ignore that source of information. In 1987 mintmarks were still applied to individual dies by hand and is completely normal be anywhere in the general vicinity. That's the trouble with youtube, there is so much misinformation.
