I see toning on the obverse. What does the edge look like?
Errers and Varietys.

I've read about, but have never seen, counterfeits circulating in Central America that are under weight. Could be one of those, but it's more likely struck on a thin planchet

Yea I heard about counterfeits but they were all in tolerance...is a rolled thin planchet gonna be off by 2 grams?

Has anybody heard of an experimental rinse? Trying to do research on it but ran into a wall

Take it to a coin or gold buyer store who has an XRF and asked them to zap it, most likely a thin planchet

If it were just the core (no cladding) it would be 100% copper. Outer layer should be 77% copper and 23% zinc, manganese, and nickel.
