I'm trying to figure out if this is man-made or machine made by the mint. It has the same marks on the reverse as the obverse. Looks like a very strong press made this but not sure. Should I send it in?

Looks too deep for machine damage, so guessing it's deliberate.

I would guess it was done by a hole saw and a drill, But I don't see a center mark that should be there from the pilot bit.

It is PMD not a mint error. Please do not post photos of your scopes screen, use a memory card or a different method of taking/posting photos...thanks.
