2002 P Mississippi Quarter With What Looks Like A Lot Of Errors

I work as a cashier and I have come across some really cool looking coins but the other day I found a 2002 Mississippi Quarter that looked like it has a bunch of errors and is like nothing I have seen before so I was hoping someone could look at some pictures and tell me if it's damaged or it really is error.
