1964 D Kennedy Half Proof? - Coin Community Forum

Also the finish doesn't look the same as any other proof it's not mirrored at all, I was thinking it's a regular strike but I have another 1964 accented hair proof and this is way better quality. The FG matches but the I in Liberty does not match a regular accented hair variety. I'm just wondering if it could be a well struck business strike but the holder is too nice which is what stuck out to me in the first place.
