MS60 - details (old cleaning)
Inordinately fascinated by bits of metal with strange markings and figures

I'll say MS details (cleaned).

Can you take the picture on a darker background? I am guessing very high AU/MS.. but we need the white to be subdued to see true color of your coin. Right now, looks washed out.

with the amount of light glare its not easy to determine if the coin was cleaned and if not what if any luster is remaining. if the coin is not yours and you're considering purchasing it. either get new photos or pass. in either case, based on the markers, I dont see an MS coin so probably high AU and high chance that the coin was cleaned

I think a TPG probably wouldn't apply a number to a coin like this, and wouldn't use "MS" either, even though there's no obvious wear. I think the flat spots are a strike issue. Unc - details (harshly cleaned).

much better photos. I update my comment to AU details (cleaned) maybe UNC details (cleaned) looking at the highest devices on both sides I'm not seeing signs of circulation unless it was a couple hours so I'm leaning toward the UNC side

I agree with MS detail. Fields are nearly mark-free and I'm not seeing any hairline scratches. Surfaces and color don't look original so I expect a grading service would flag it as cleaned or altered-surface.
Too bad, it has decent eye appeal and excellent detail. Still worthy of consideration at the right price.

MS Detail here as well. I do like that reverse die crack though!

Lots of friction on it but still a beauty. Down grading it to AU-58.

much better photos. its a real tough call for me between AU and UNC details. I'm looking at the rounded hairlines on the obv from K9 across the bust down to the bust. to me that looks like someone took something and swiped it across the surface. I'm still going with UNC details
