Hello all, I came across this Lincoln Cent with a rather odd looking features on the obverse and reverse, along with an unusual rim. The rim is tapered when viewed from the side. Is there a name for this type of feature? Thanks!

Ridge Ring, which is a form of Die Deterioration.

Very nice example of a 'strong' Ridge Ring.
