Thoughts? Also, the pictures are of the same dime. I point this out because due to the lighting and the mirror-like fields on it, they can appear pretty different per picture

Not FB and that only really matters on Mercury dimes anyway.

to the group, HolyHackJack

The Full bands (FB) designation is typically used with Mercury dimes
The Full Torch (FT) designation is typically used with Roosevelt dimes

Not sure if this is a recent change or what, but here https://www.PCGS.com/news/what-are-...on-roosevelt

and on the actual Coinfacts page it refers to it as Full Band. So Iono. Thanks for the replies regardless!

Not FB, but I disagree with @John1 that it only matters on Mercury dimes. Just like Mercury dimes, Full Bands is very difficult to find for certain years of Roosevelt dimes and can command a high premium, just like Mercs with FSB or Jefferson nickels with full steps.

from what I can determine. NGC designates FT and FB separately. PCGS only recognizes FB

this one does not meet the requirements for either one. there is too much glare from light to assess the surfaces for a grade. it does appear to be a weakly struck coin especially on the reverse.
