Just like Mercury dimes, Full Bands is very difficult to find for certain years of Roosevelt dimes and can command a high premium, just like Mercs with FSB or Jefferson nickels with full steps. panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18657 Posts	Posted 07/28/2023 11:28 am from what I can determine. NGC designates FT and FB separately. PCGS only recognizes FB this one does not meet the requirements for either one. there is too much glare from light to assess the surfaces for a grade. it does appear to be a weakly struck coin especially on the reverse.
