Hi I have a possible 1968 S doubled die or at least I'm hoping it is. Can anyone confirm or let me know what this is. Almost looks like the letters are melting.

68 was the last year they used old wore out master dies. All of them looked mushy. Find a 69 and compare it to this 68, you'll see a big difference.

Thank you guys. I am going to get it right someday. How do you all spot what they are so fast? Ive been to varietys, Wexler, and many more and keep choosing the wrong coins to post. Thank you so much for your help I do appreciate it .
