Hello all, hope everyone is doing well :)

I'm gonna give this one another go... I
should have waited the first time till I ran across the reference material again...found it!

This filled/obstructed collar error I saw on the https://www.error-ref.com
is what leads me to believe there maybe something to my coin... (with a little damage as well ).
My coin does have metal missing from reverse edge, which I thought might have been a struck through screw or ? with the possibility
of the filled/obstructed collar, a possible die break reverse rim to rim, so a possible combination error?
I love it! And enjoy having found it regardless!

So if you don't mind taking another gander I would greatly appreciate it :)
I would love new input from the newly-refound reference materials, and any possible changed minds?

Https://www.error-ref.com has info on filled/obstructed collar error...with very detailed explanation, it's a Canadian dime that's pretty cool!...and https://www.coinworld.com article on I believe same coin.

I briefly checked Canadian errors @ https://www.coinsandcanada.com
found some similar Canadian cents, I believe all or most Canadian cents are smooth collars/edge, haven't had time to do much research into the Canadian aspet of this particular coin error yet :(

Please give it another peek if you would then let me know what you think.

If you haven't seen it yet please help me out, I can use all the help I can get : )

I really do so very much appreciate you're time, knowledge, any comments, or opinions.
Very Kindly,
Bj

I'm seeing Post Mint Damage on this coin. It was struck normally in the retaining collar and then something flattened the area at K-3. The abrasions confirm that this is only PMD.

All of the examples show coins that are round or have a slight area of missing metal. Not areas of deflected material that are outside of the collar's original specified diameter.

Thank you somuch @Yokozuna, Coinfrog, and Errers and Varietys.
Really appreciate you're time.

@Yokozuna, I do have one more ask about the out of round part of this coin if you have time : ). I'm not familiar with k-3?

This couldn't have happened to my coin causing it to be a barly out of round, it was in a tightly wrapped bank roll when I found it?
Thanks again so much really do appreciate it: )

Think of a coin as a clock
12 K at the top K-3 would be 3 o'clock or and the right side of the coin.

The supporting documentation does not really support your assertion that your coin was struck with a filled/obstructed collar, G58NoReverse. To me, it looks like it was bashed with a hammer.
However, feel free to send it to a TPG and prove us all wrong.

I do not understand where you want to go. If you know so well why you ask here? Show me any TPG of your choice contradict anyone here. I think you do not understand what you read. Do not give up.

G58NoReverse, we make judgement based on the images posted and many decades of studying coins. I'm sorry that the consensus of the community does not conform to what you think you have. As I stated previously, feel free to submit your coin to a TPG and then post images of the returned slab that prove us all wrong. I, for one, would be happy for such an education.
