First who it is Justin I have no idea. But on Ali BABA you can not buy reproductions, they already has fiscal problems and will not play dirty games. And this it is because the Chinese low forbidding any reproductions of legal tender sail out side of China or export (how you want to take).
I have done my courses in Beijing 6 months and 3 months second level for fake stamps, coins and banknotes, and I can tell you you can not have from Museum or form Legal printer or Mint.
Was a time when those fakes come here by individuals who risks 10 years strait in jail, and believe me the Chinese authorities do not discuss to much on this issue.
Other think it is majority of those fake come today from Indonesia and Philippines. Back in 80's the Serbians also do for 1909-S, 1914-D and 1922.
