Ok, I think I got me one. 1966 Philadelphia Lincoln Penny with doubling on the date and liberty. Either that or it's some pretty serious Machine Doubling. I'm like 0 for 12. Come on 1 for 13?

It's a great example of Machine Doubling. You can keep it for future references for educational purposes.

Yes sorry but that is it—very common on cents from the late 1960s.

Yes, it is Machine Doubling. Not an error but a striking event.

Use a reference site like variety vista or Wexler's die varieties. It will greatly reduce your false positive rate. If you find a coin that appears to have doubling and isn't listed on either of those sites, the overwhelming odds are it's MD

Hang in there, you'll get one. If you are searching circulated coins, it takes going through thousands of coins before you get one.
