I'm not sure, but the rim seems to be damaged, not an error. While it could be an error, it's not of a type that I've seen before. It looks like that section of the rim may have taken a hit that flattened the area starting at the O in GOD to just past the E of WE. It may have been circulation damage or it's possible that it's some type of vending incident that caused this. I also see a sort of skipping or bouncing pattern on the bottom edge of this area that I associate with a scraping motion of metal on metal contact.

Thing on the obverse rim is a rim Cud over TRUST (unlike a normal Cud, which extends into the field and involves the rim, a rim Cud does not reach the fields), the reverse has a small die crack at the foot of the memorial building. I'm kind of confused by why knowledgable people seem to have rejected this one, but definitely a rim Cud and minor die crack.

@Deerborn yeah, not a very significant one and kind of hard to see as they didn't get it fully in frame in any of the close-ups, but definitely a small rim Cud.

Rim gutters are commonly seen on minor misaligned die strikes As well as on some collar issues. If the filled in part is raised above a normal design rim, then potential rim Cud. Thanks, Doug.

Forgot to comment on the reverse die crack. Nice one, could make for a decent marker for this die pair and die state. Thanks, Doug.
