Normally a coin missing a letter or one number is not worth keeping other than for conversation but yours is dramatic enough to be collectable, nice find.

A MAD strike is a Mis Aligned Die
about a third of the way down... https://www.error-ref.com/?s=misaligned+die

The obverse is shifted to the north and the reverse is centered on the planchet.

That's a keeper, but most likely, struck thru grease. Rarely seen with date completely missing.

every time I scan it using pcgs coin finder it comes up as a 2000 p
