It's kind of funny. But then again you have to consider my parents paid $35,000 for their house three years prior to the date of this book and it was a pretty nice house. My first Red Book is 1981 (34th edition), but my oldest is a 1953/54 (6th edition) from a box of Red Books my wife's aunt gave me.
