This 1860 Philly came in today
Much nicer in hand than I can capture.
I did notice a few reverse minor green spots.

It's PCGS graded I May see about getting it conserved and reslabbed ?
To me 1860 Philly is an underrated date as it's not so easy to find., at least when I have had extra money.
This is straight graded.

It's a better date, but actually pretty easy in circulated grades.

The reverse is exceptional here, and the obverse very nice (but not unusually so).

The wear measure is maybe AU55, I think, but the obverse has a real paucity of luster. I might guess AU50/53.

I would say AU-53. Those green spots on the reverse look like they could possibly be PVC. I had a Barber half that I bought that had green spots like that. I cracked it out and soaked it in acetone for 48 hours and they disappeared. Granted, I was putting it in an album anyways, so cracking it out wasn't an issue. If you have a TPG converse it, I would be concerned about it coming back with some of the original skin gone too.

Sending it into PCGS for conservation to only remove the green spots may help the coin. The green spots can eat at the metal and they can grow. The only issue is that the green spots will turn into white spots after conservation.

AU-50 overall. The reverse green specks seem pretty minor.

I see what looks like damage on Liberty's knee. Might that be enough to risk a Details grade if the coin were cracked and re-submitted?

I'm not seeing anything on the knee. I don't plan on cracking it though
