Found this 1918 Buffalo and the liberty is doubled pretty good. Is this Machine Doubling? Maybe a 7 under the 8? Prob not though

I believe the 1918/7 was a Denver variety. It's rather unmistakable.

I will let others with more expertise diagnose what kind of doubling is present. There are no 1918 (P) DDO listed on Variety Vista.

What is the F under the date? Part of the designers initials, with one filled with grease so only one is visible?
