I have this Wheat cent in my collection that is in ROUGH shape. In trying to figure out the date, I feel like I can make out a 90, so am guessing it's a 1909. Anyone have any better ideas? Or am I just wishing it into existence so that I can say I own a 1909?

Suggest beginning with full, large and sharp pics of the obverse and reverse; then, one or two photos of the date, but not so close-in. One image should be taken at a slight angle--not vertical

You mean this 1909 penny on mars?
It would be easier if you got a closer picture.

I agree with ijn1944--a normal-sized obverse photo would help to establish context, and then a not-so-close-up of the date.

A full close up would be great.
