Rather worn but is it possible to identify this coin for me please ?
weight 4.6g. diameter approx 25mm.
Arabic of some description but can't spot it.

@jbl, that looks like a coin from late 19th Century Iran. With that weight and diameter, I think you have a 1 Shahi. Here is the numista link:

The tall pointy crown, at the top of the coin in both pics, is very distinctively the old Iranian crown. The crown's design is inspired by Sassanian crowns from a millennium earlier; both the Qajar and Pahlavi dynasties of Iran saw the Sassanians as their inspirational ancestors.This coin lacks the equally distinctive lion-and-sun badge, but it is nevertheless Iranian.
