mike31093 Valued Member United States 354 Posts	Posted 08/21/2023 7:45 pm Here's my 2nd Morgan post (F3.3, 1/10 Exp, ISO-400). Ranking is X-Fine. Just sharing but comments are always welcome. My 'missing' 1883-O may be my next acquisition if I can find a decent one at a reasonable price. When I first looked closely at the obverse, I thought I was seeing an issue with the date. Is the 4 higher than the 8 and angled slightly left. Is it just an optical illusion? My 75 year old eyes? On the reverse, the upper left 'flag' on the M looks bent slightly upwards. Also, the shaft at the tail feathers of the upper-most arrow (hard to see) doesn't look like it lines up with the shaft at the arrow head. Report this Post to the Staff

The coin has a much brighter look to it which I was unable to capture and still maintain focus with available lighting. Report this Post to the Staff

It isn't uncommon to find many different date positions and angles. I, too, think your coin is better than XF.
