mike31093 Valued Member United States 354 Posts	Posted 08/22/2023 4:14 pm My third Morgan, just sharing. Thoughts on ranking are appreciated. Don't think I got EF-40 from Littleton but can't be sure. This is one of the coins that gives me a bit of a pause on missing Morgan purchases. I have more or less decided to concentrate on New Orleans minted Morgans since 4 of the 8 in my collection are New Orleans mints. So if I'm initially just collecting by date, the '86 can suffice for now and be replaced with an O mint later. The next 'missing' Morgan would, therefore, be an 1887-O. I think the O-mints are the most interesting of the series. There are a few that are pricey, even in circulated grades, but a good set to pursue. If you can find them with full strikes, they are the ones to acquire. Your '86 is nice. Edit: I would say this is better than a 40.
