Recently inherited my grandfather's coin collection I found one in particular that caught my eye a couple people suggested a misaligned die what does everyone think?

*** Edited by Staff to Add Year / Mintmark to Title. It's very important to have in the title. ***

@dod, first welcome to CCF. Second, I'm not seeing much of a MAD, but there might be a very minor planchet clip at 5:30 pm.

in general avoid touching the front and back of potentially valuable coins because doing so leaves fingerprints that greatly reduce their value

to the CCF Maybe a slight MAD. They need to be far enough off to effect the devices before they are collectable. Not so sure about the clip, might be just the finger.
