Same as the other, early Accugrade holder would be my guess. Hard to tell the grading on this one.

Interesting holder.. I kinda want one now. Anyway tough to evaluate from the photos but the reverse is no doubt unc. Obverse looks dull.. almost polished, could just be the lighting / photos.
I've been collecting for a couple years... Favorite Coin's are Standing Liberty quarters, Working on my type set | Coffee, Corvettes, Coins & the CCF what could be better?

The 62 grade is hard to figure - if it's uncirculated, looks at least 63.

photos need cropped. I think its MS and due to the dullness of the obv she could have had a dip but I would agree with MS62 due to the lack of obv luster
