I will edit the posting. It isn't. There were a few stacks holders in the lot the collector sent along and the wires got crossed in my posting.

This looks like an old Accugrade slab (which may have value). Coin looks accurately graded to me. It was probably in an old Stacks auction. Maybe you can find their Aug 11, 95 catalog online and see if the lot matches.

it has the same look as your other coin leading to believe someone did someone to the coin. probably a light dip. obv looks close to AU but the reverse will hold it back. I think the reverse is closer to 40. it might squeak out XF45. if you post others i'd say crop the photos so we can get a better look at it. you can always post the slab grade in your comment
