1950 S Penny Partial S Mint Strike Over Liberty On Obverse? Reverse Some Strike Through?

Reverse seems to have slightly struck through or a material Defect. The Obverse is sporting what looks to be a partial repeat of the S mint over Liberty . Any takers? I need help on this.Thanks!
