the 95(O) are normally soft and weak. this one is quite a bit better than that. so i'l call it above average for strike. the reverse look higher AU. just a lot of chatter on the obv and areas of missing luster. the glare is not helping determine this. obv is going to hold it back. i'll call it AU55 with that reverse. toning is starting to move towards the black which imo is not desirable

Lovely coin, but I think that dig on the face detracts. AU-50 would be my call.

AU-50, too much obverse chatter for a higher grade in my opinion.

Now for the outlier, ANACS said EF45. I think it has a slight wipe and probably comes back as cleaned. The real question is PCGS AU details > ANACS soapbox EF45?
Side note, this is the second soapbox EF which I think is AU details, did they net grade it down due to no details grade back then?

they had to net grade this one as there is just not enough wear to warrant a 45 grade

I would leave it in the soapbox. Straight graded to me is > higher grade details. Plus I think the older holder has some value.
