CreativeName Valued Member United States 65 Posts	Posted 08/28/2023 08:57 am I have searched about $30 in cents over the last few weeks. These are my keepers. Only showing the obverses since I don't want to remove them and handle them more than I already have. Next time I'll try to take pictures before they are in the folder. I've looked at so many coins for so many years that there is just a "look" that the right coin has. I sold my entire coin collection a few years ago, and basically have and tinker with cheap but pleasant coins anymore. Coins don't have to be expensive to be beautiful, and there is some great nostalgia in memorials for me, having been born in the 70's. My search process involves one pass where I remove all corroded, filthy, and shield cents. Then I look for what I consider to be quality from what's left over. Report this Post to the Staff

That's fine but you might want to learn technical grading as well.
