The Chinese have been making fake base-metal replicas of world silver crowns and dollars for decades, as well as numerous fantasy "bullion coins" that aren't actually made of silver. So yes, pretty much everything stated on or implied by this "coin" is a lie. It's not a coin, it's not 1 troy ounce, it's not .999 silver (it is not silver at all), and it wasn't made in America. It is also not likely not ".999" silver, or even contains any silver.
