If I'm not mistaken, on the 3-legger, the hoof of the missing led should still be present, and there are a few other markers too, like the rear legs look 'moth eaten' (according to PCGS) https://www.pcgs.com/coinfacts/coin...-3-legs/3982 Collecting since 1972.
