I'm not seeing any signs of circulation. the first places I look are at the bottom of the bust under the neck. I don't see anything there. the bottom curl...nothing. high points of the ear and hair around it. again nothing and the cheek. don't see any rub or signs there either. could it be shadowing from the lighting. sure. the reverse strike is solid and nothing stands out on the high points of the leaves that would lead be to believe it was circulated. maybe if the coin was not in the holder it would show something.
I'm going with MS62BN

Nice looking coin! Hard to judge from pics alone but I don't see any wear either. I suppose I am in the MS 62 camp as well. Even at AU 58, I would be pleased to add this one to my collection.

I generally think ANACS overgrades somewhat, but in this case I think it's pretty close. Might even make MS-63 BN, but I'm leaving well enough alone. Very happy with this one.
